Our November Walk

Fifteen of us gathered outside Espinosa at 10.00 am., on another glorious Spanish November day.  The wind which had plagued us and brought the temperatures down earlier in the week, had left us and I actually completed the walk bare armed.

I welcomed three new members to our group and we set off at a cracking pace which was soon brought to a halt, as we had lots of stragglers.  We let them catch up and set off again.  We did lose Keith and Bernie who decided to drive to our coffee stop and meet us there, after a rather late night, the night before.  Shame on you, but well done for getting up early, the spirit was willing but the flesh was very weak!

We seemed to get to Encarnacion very quickly, although it did take us about an hour and a quarter in reality, but lots of chatting along the way made the walk a doddle.  Lots of chatting on the way back too and our walk was finished before we knew it.  Our distance covered was about five miles
